Photography Services

Our photography services include, but are not limited to:

Booking and Payment

When you book a photography session:

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking
  • Payment terms will be communicated clearly at the time of booking
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
  • Full payment is typically due before or on the session date
  • Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies:

  • Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours notice without penalty
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of deposit
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency, or weather conditions
  • In case of cancellation by us, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

Copyright and Image Rights

Regarding copyright and usage of photographs:

  • restoreofix retains copyright to all photographs created during sessions
  • Clients receive a personal use license for edited images delivered
  • Images may not be reproduced, altered, or sold without written permission
  • We may use selected images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes
  • Clients may opt out of promotional image usage upon request
  • Print rights are included with all packages for personal use

Image Delivery and Editing

Regarding image delivery:

  • Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your package
  • Images are delivered via online gallery or digital download
  • All images undergo professional editing and color correction
  • We select and edit the best images from your session
  • Raw, unedited files are not provided to clients
  • Additional editing requests may incur extra fees

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
  • Ensuring all participants have appropriate consent for photography
  • Following photographer direction during sessions
  • Providing accurate contact information for communication and delivery
  • Backing up delivered digital images, as we are not responsible for data loss after delivery

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for equipment failure, data corruption, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific photography service
  • We are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring during photography sessions
  • Clients assume responsibility for the safety of themselves and their guests

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of restoreofix and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
